These terms apply to your use of seanstrecker.com. A professional service engagement is governed by the proposal, agreement, statement of work, licence or other written terms accepted for that project.

Adult and Business Use

You must be at least 18 years old and have authority to act for yourself or the represented organisation when requesting or entering a professional engagement.

Website Information Is Not a Quotation

The website provides general portfolio, service and marketing information. Examples, service descriptions, availability and indicative timeframes are not a binding quotation, offer or guarantee. A project begins only when the applicable written proposal or agreement has been accepted and any required deposit or other commencement condition has been met.

Professional Engagements

Project scope, fees, payment schedule, travel and production costs, deliverables, revisions, delivery timing, cancellation or postponement, usage rights, licensing and other project-specific matters are governed by the signed or otherwise accepted proposal or agreement. If these website terms conflict with an accepted project agreement, the project agreement controls for that engagement.

Intellectual Property and Portfolio Use

Unless stated otherwise, the website's text, design, photography, video and portfolio materials are owned by Sean Strecker or displayed with permission. They may not be copied, republished, modified, sold or commercially used without permission.

Rights in commissioned work, including the client's permitted channels, territory, duration, advertising use and any exclusivity, are determined by the relevant project agreement. Any right to display commissioned work in a portfolio, case study or promotional material is also subject to that agreement, applicable confidentiality obligations and any written restrictions agreed with the client.

Third-Party Services and Links

The website links to third-party services, including Calendly and social platforms. Those services are operated independently and are subject to their own terms, privacy policies and availability. A link does not make Sean Strecker responsible for a third party's content, security or service. Booking a call through Calendly does not by itself create a professional engagement.

Accuracy, Availability and Liability

Reasonable care is taken to keep the website accurate and available, but content may be changed and uninterrupted or error-free access is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, the website and its general information are provided without warranties beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing on the website is professional legal, financial or other regulated advice.

Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, statutory warranty or other right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law permits a limitation or remedy to be agreed, the applicable project agreement will set out that position.

Governing Terms for Projects

The governing law, dispute process and contracting party for a professional engagement are determined by the applicable project proposal or agreement. These website terms do not replace those project-specific provisions.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated when the website, services or legal requirements change. The updated date above identifies the current version.
